We have always dreamed of creating a product that showcases our knowledge and values. The invitation to join our team of Nikodem Szpunar – a renowned Polish designer – was a milestone for M A L U – the Dolux-M brand. A great adventure with the design process that resulted in the 2019 collection. Exceptional things are created when craftsmanship and technology come together with exquisite form, and we’re determined to prove that with our products.

Inspiration & Consultation
Na samym początku spotykamy się, aby omówić Twoją koncepcję, cele i potrzeby. At the very beginning, we meet to discuss your concept, goals and needs. Creative workshops and individual consultations allow us to define the key assumptions of the project, which will be the foundation for further activities.
Design & Visualization
Using CAD tools and 3D modeling, we transform the collected information into detailed designs. At this stage, initial sketches and visualizations are created that allow for a better understanding and evaluation of the proposed solutions.
Proof of Concept and Proofreading
We conduct an in-depth technical and functional analysis to ensure that the project meets all requirements. We make adjustments if necessary, optimizing the concept before moving on to prototype production.
Physical Prototype Production and Testing
Once the concept is approved, we proceed to produce a physical prototype. The prototype is subjected to intensive laboratory and real-world tests, which allows for verification of functionality, ergonomics and durability.
Production of the Zero series (Pilot Run)
Based on the test results, we carry out limited production – the zero series. This batch allows for further verification of the product in market conditions and the collection of detailed feedback from users and partners.
Proper Production and Implementation
After the final approval of the product, we proceed to full serial production. Our modern machinery guarantees flexibility and scalability, enabling the implementation of the project on a large scale, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Continuous Support and Optimization
After the implementation of the product, we offer constant monitoring and technical support. We regularly analyze the results and collect feedback to make improvements and ensure that the product remains competitive in the market.
