Lubiejewski Leszek Production – Commercial – Service Enterprise “DOLUX – M is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds entitled “Development of a circular economy transformation business model for Lubiejewski Leszek Production – Commercial – Service Enterprise “DOLUX -M” under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 program, Priority FEPW.01 Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Action FEPW.01.03 Circular Economy in SMEs – stage I.

The project includes the purchase of advisory services encompassing the development of a business model for enterprise operation based on circular economy principles (circular economy transformation business model), whose elements include in particular: enterprise audit and implementation consulting aimed at determining possible directions for enterprise transformation in the circular economy stream and establishing potential cooperation opportunities with other enterprises in the circular economy stream.

The project is directed to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) conducting business activities in Eastern Poland.

The project’s objective is to develop a circular economy transformation business model based on a conducted audit and analysis of the company’s operations.
